About Stephen Moulton
Stephen Moulton helps small business leaders want to know how to hire people and don’t want to risk making hiring mistakes. They want to be sure their leadership team are both a fit and great leaders. They want their team members to have the right Attitude, Alignment, Action, and Aptitude for success.
He shares part his story of why he got into helping leaders make great hiring decisions in the video to your left.
He is the author of The CEO’s Advantage—7 Keys for Hiring Extraordinary Leaders and the forthcoming book Engage – Leadership and Building an Engaged Team.
He has developed his expertise of how to hire people, under fire of having to hire 1000 people in 6 months to build airplanes. He made a number of hiring mistakes and had to quickly find an effective way for hiring employees. Since those frustrating days of learning how to hire employees, he has developed a simple, time tested hiring process that has made a difference in large and small businesses alike.
His educational background includes a master’s degree in management from the University of Redlands, California and two professional designations from UCLA, one in industrial relations and the other in organization and human resource development.
On a personal note
Stephen and his wife share their home in Broomfield, Colorado, with their son’s miniature schnauzer Max. They enjoy having their four children and three grandchildren all living close by.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys building projects around the house, reading both fiction and nonfiction, writing his own books (two more are in the works), and Ballroom dancing, especially the Waltz, Swing and Cha cha.
We invite you to learn more about Stephen Moulton and how his coaching, presentations, books and learning resources on leadership and performance development can make an extraordinary difference in your work and life.
